Before you email

Purchase restore
Open Settings in the app and use Restore Purchase with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

PDF export
Open a project, choose Export PDF, select the paper size, then use Share PDF.

Project backup
Open Settings and use Export all projects to create a Baluster Studio archive file.

Voice readback
Tape Reads uses Apple's on-device speech synthesis. No audio is recorded, transmitted, or stored.

What to include
- The section type: flat rail, stair rake, picket fence, or wainscoting.
- The paper size if the issue is PDF-related.
- A screenshot of the screen or exported page if the layout looks wrong.
- Whether the issue happens every time or only on one project.
